Additionally, the role will involve supporting dealers in meeting retail, wholesale, and service objectives through tailored action plans, ensuring brand compliance in sales and aftersales operations, including showroom standards, training, and customer experience. 
Required Skills and Qualifications 
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving performance targets 
- Deep understanding of dealer operations, retail processes, and customer service best practices 
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and performance reporting tools
