PpFor a structured restaurant and bar venue offering lunch, dinner, bar service and events, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Bar Operations Manager / Head of Floor, reporting directly to the Ownership. /ppThe role is operational and organizational in nature, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of the venue, ensuring service continuity, compliance with standards and effective team coordination. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Staff Scheduling Daily Operations /h3ulliUpdate staff rota and manage shift scheduling, with final verification of worked hours /liliCover absences, manage shift changes and lead daily team briefings /liliSupervise lunch, dinner and bar service /liliOversee breakfast operations at an organizational level, including staff management, scheduling and general supervision (not directly operational on service) /li /ulh3Operations Financial Control /h3ulliManage restaurant opening and closing procedures /liliOversee cash handling and related reporting /liliPlace orders with suppliers, verify invoices and monitor operational costs /liliConduct monthly inventories and periodic stock checks /li /ulh3Reservations Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate with hotel reception for guest reservations /liliManage reservations through dedicated platforms (e.g. SuperB) /liliLiaise with event managers for the planning and execution of events /li /ulh3Team Management /h3ulliOrganize team operations, holidays and staffing coverage /liliTrain staff and ensure operational procedures are consistently applied /liliSupport recruitment activities, including CV screening, interviews and onboarding /li /ulh3Standards Facility Management /h3ulliUpdate and maintain restaurant and bar checklists /liliMonitor service quality standards and mise en place /liliManage staff uniforms /liliOversee the condition of the venue and report maintenance or repair needs /li /ulh3Ideal Profile /h3ulliProven experience in operational management within restaurants, bars or hospitality venues /liliStrong organizational and people management skills /liliHands-on approach, reliability and attention to detail /liliExperience working in entrepreneurial environments with direct ownership interaction /liliStrong focus on service quality and guest experience /li /ulh3Location /h3pBologna, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
