Contributing to the development and evolution of future‐focused workplace and organization transformation propositions and solutions. Supporting the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to market demand and digital trends. Assisting senior team members with sales efforts, including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics. Delivering sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs. Using experience of client‐facing engagements to build a positive project relationship, run workshops and lead clients to success. Designing and developing Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements. Leading a team of experts to collaborate and drive success in delivering solutions. Collaborating with cross‐functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high‐quality solutions. Translating business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products. Sharing practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with the global Avanade team. Taking ownership for the effective delivery of commercially successful engagements within an ITIL and DevOps services framework. Overseeing end‐to‐end delivery of services to clients, ensuring all service level agreements are met or exceeded. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and promptly addressing issues. Developing and implementing service improvement plans to enhance service quality and efficiency. Managing the release management cycle, planning, resourcing and governance to successfully release new service components through to deployment. Leading the continued adoption of Agile practices to create a culture of continuous integration in a client‐facing environment. Leading UKDC team members delivering at the customer site, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns or issues. Conducting regular reviews with clients to assess progress and address needs. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‐selling additional services or products to clients. Managing a portfolio of UKDC client accounts, ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction. Collating and presenting regular reports on service delivery performance and customer satisfaction metrics. Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer success. Promoting a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and supporting team alignment across functions. Supporting transformation efforts and helping drive adoption of new technologies or processes with customers and internal teams.
