Job responsibilities
Instructional Design & Development
Design, develop, and update engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor‑led training (ILT) guides, quick reference guides, presentations, and blended learning solutions.
Support the learning gap analysis within the organization.
Design interactive courseware and video using adult learning theory that appeals to various learning styles and international audiences.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate information, and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Incorporate diverse learning strategies, such as gamification, simulations, case studies, and experiential activities, to cater to different learning styles.
Project Management
Manage multiple training development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for training initiatives.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Evaluation & Improvement
Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine learning solutions.
