We are seeking a visionary beachwear designer for a limited-edition capsule that merges swimwear, resortwear, and cinematic storytelling. This is a project-based creative collaboration — ideal for designers who combine aesthetic sensitivity with technical self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities: Concept & Creative Direction - Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate emotional narratives into resortwear concepts - Participate in moodboards, silhouette sketching, and style evolution Design Development - Develop looks such as one-pieces, and relaxed resort sets - Deliver detailed sketches, tech packs, or clean references for each design Pattern Making & Sampling - Draft and construct your own patterns and create the first samples - Fit and refine garments for both aesthetic appeal and functionality in beach and water settings - Adapt pieces for comfort, movement, and durability in sun, sand, and sea Fabric & Material Sourcing - Propose fabric options suitable for lightweight resort garments (e.g., stretch fabrics, breathable linens, quick-dry têxtiles) - Light sourcing support can be provided Visual & Mood Research - Contribute references that bridge leisure, elegance, and function - Help ensure emotional and visual cohesion across the capsule Who We’re Looking For - Degree in Fashion Design or related field - At least 2 years’ experience in a professional environment, either working for a brand or as a freelancer - Proven ability to handle all technical steps independently (pattern cutting sample making) - A story-driven portfolio with original, expressive pieces - Skilled in construction, fabric handling, and garment finishing for water environments - Comfortable working within poetic briefs and creative freedom - Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar CAD tools - Open, collaborative mindset What We Offer - The opportunity to work on narrative-driven fashion projects - A collaborative, intimate creative environment - Visibility in high-end print & digital media, with potential for credited pieces and public exhibitions - Flexible hours, remote-first culture, and project-based opportunities To Apply Please respond to this listing via Indeed and include: - Two short sentences on why you'd like to work with us - A link to your online portfolio, fashion project, or swim/resortwear design work - Please only show finished garments or realized costume pieces of your work (no sketches, concepts, or moodboards — we just want to get a feeling of your finished work) - Please use only an online portfolio tool (e.g., Canva, Wix, Behance, etc.) - We do not accept Google Drive links or attachments Applications not following these steps may be dismissed.
