Position
During this 6-months internship, you will support the CRM team in targeting and executing Clienteling campaigns, including newsletters and personalized one-to-one interactions. You will closely collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams, Regional CRM, Go-to-Market, E-commerce/Merchandising, and IT/External Consultancy firms.
Job Responsibilities
Particularly, you will be involved in the following activities:
* Support in the execution of Clienteling campaigns (Prêt-à-porterer/newsletter/1to1), briefing and the coordination of cross-functional departments to ensure the realization of the best campaigns optimized by client cluster
* Support the Targeting Specialist in extracting targets and ensure local optimization for maximum effectiveness
* Create and upload into Salesforce Service Cloud the finalized target lists
* Liaise with copywriters, overlooking all copies to ensure their alignment to brief objectives and brand tone of voice
* Cooperate with content team to ensure visuals assets and layouts reflect the brief and the desired UX
* Brief and coordinate with the translation agency, providing feedback to ensure translations consistently meet optimum quality standards
* Assist in scheduling newsletter content based on deadlines, and upload one-to-one scripts and e-vites onto the Clienteling portal to ensure accessibility for client advisors
* Daily monitoring of KPIs trends for principal newsletters, and providing benchmarks against competitors
Profile
* Master’s Degree in Marketing, Management or related subject
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Client-centric mindset and passion for the Luxury World
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package
* Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Adobe Workfront is a plus
