Job DescriptionAs an Expert Quantum Algorithm Researcher, you will be part of Eniquantic. You will be involved in the development of quantum algorithms for potential use in neutral atom quantum processors designed by Eniquantic. You will develop, implement, and benchmark quantum algorithms for both analog and digital quantum processors based on neutral atom technology. Your work will span from theoretical formulation and integration with classical high performance computing resources to hands-on testing on our quantum prototypes, helping shape the future of quantum-enabled industrial solutions.Main ActivitiesDesign and implement novel quantum algorithms targeting optimization and machine learning problems for neutral atom quantum computing platforms.Develop quantum algorithm extensions for real-world datasets and industrial use cases.Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to connect theoretical research with practical quantum application, leveraging high performance computing resources and quantum emulators to accelerate technology adoptionPerform benchmarking of algorithms using quantum emulators and simulators within high performance computing environments.Stay updated with advances in quantum computing theory and software tools to continuously improve algorithmic approaches.
Required QualificationsMaster's degree in Physics, Physics Engineering, Quantum Information Science, Computer EngineeringAt least 3 years (including any PhD) of research or work experience in the development of quantum computing algorithms and applicationsProven experience with quantum algorithms for optimization techniques and both classical and quantum machine learning algorithmsStrong knowledge of quantum information theory, quantum computation, and computational complexity.Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, Julia or similarProficiency in quantum programming libraries/frameworks (such as Qiskit, Pennylane, Cirq, or equivalent)Excellent knowledge of EnglishAvailability for travel
