Field Training Officer – Datacenter SecurityOur client, a leading multinational organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Field Training Officer to support their global datacenter security program spanning over 30 countries. As the primary training resource for a campus or metro location, you will lead onboarding and ongoing training for security personnel, maintain accurate training records, support audits, and collaborate with campus and regional leadership to ensure high security standards and a strong culture of safety. You will identify training gaps, implement structured development plans, and contribute to process improvements to continuously enhance the security program.Reporting to the Campus Security Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and capabilities of security teams while working closely with leadership across multiple sites.
