Gate is looking for a proactive IT Specialist to join our growing team, based in Genoa, Italy, and strengthen our IT capabilities across Europe and Canada. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to exciting IT projects across the business. Provide hands-on IT helpdesk support to internal users Maintain and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Linux servers, and internal systems Manage and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, switches, and servers Support remote environments (Citrix, VDI, Remote Desktop) Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and IT infrastructure Participate in and deliver IT projects, including documentation and planning Degree in Computer Science or related field First experience in IT support or system administration (1+ year) Solid knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and IT support tools Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Fluent in English Certifications like CCNA or ITIL Be part of an international and collaborative IT team Work on diverse projects across Europe and Canada Dynamic environment where your ideas and contributions matter
