A Day in the Life:We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Consultant to provide in-OR support, facilitating the adoption of innovative technologies and helping clinicians unlock the full potential of MDT products during procedures. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, supporting them with your expertise and collaboration on partnership projects. You will be part of the team responsible for the TAVI therapy (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) granting OR support, product and clinical data presentation, sales support. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Pre-Procedure Planning: Analyze CT imaging to support physicians in procedural planning, ensuring a thorough understanding of the clinical pathway and device integration. - Clinical Support: Provide on-site, real-time technical support during procedures when requested by physicians, including sharing relevant clinical data that highlights product efficacy and safety. - Education and Training: Deliver technical training and continuous education to physicians, hospital staff, and other stakeholders involved in the use of Medtronic technologies. - Collaborative Sales Support: Partner with sales colleagues to present products at conferences, meetings, and customer visits, offering clinical insights and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals. - Post-Market Engagement: Support post-marketing activities, such as feedback collection, case follow-ups, and product performance evaluation. - Issue Resolution: Manage and escalate any product-related concerns, coordinating with internal teams and headquarters when needed to ensure timely and effective resolution. - Strategic Market Involvement: Collaborate with the manager and commercial teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to the development and execution of therapy growth strategies. - Cross-Functional Communication: Build strong internal partnerships to ensure consistent, clear, and unified messaging is delivered to healthcare providers.
