Learning and Onboarding Advisor

- End of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the manufacturing site Catalent Anagni S.r.l. with the ambition to expand our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be part of a global team that will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
**The position**
- Furthermore, you will be developing, implementing and executing learning and training activities to foster our growth and development strategies.
- Key Responsibilities will include to:
- Develop onboarding programmes tailored to various roles, ensuring alignment with company culture and values
- Facilitate new employee orientation by conducting sessions, sharing resources, and providing ongoing support
- Monitor onboarding progress using feedback and performance data to assess impact and identify areas for improvement
- Enhance the onboarding experience by introducing innovative solutions to foster engagement, retention, and a sense of belonging
- Facilitate learning and development activities by also raising awareness of the global resources on offer
- You will operate with a high level of independence while coordinating with key stakeholders across departments. This position offers the opportunity to shape how new employees experience the company, contributing directly to our talent development and retention goals.
**Qualifications**
- To succeed in this role, you:
- Hold an academic degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Have at least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on onboarding and training programmes
- Have a proven track record in developing and implementing learning strategies within a corporate environment
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills
- Are fully proficient in both English and Italian
- It will be seen as an advantage if you have gained experience within a production site.
- On a personal level, you demonstrate strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, informed, and supported. You possess organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt onboarding strategies to diverse needs while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Finally, you have proficiency in training, collaboration, and digital tools is also key to delivering a seamless, engaging, and inclusive onboarding experience.
**About the department**
- The People & Organization department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for managing the organization’s human resources. Our team develops human resource management strategies and policies to meet business needs, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management, and organization development. As a P&O; Partner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Business Director and other stakeholders to drive the people agenda and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
