Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage and grow a Mathematics book portfolio with emphasis on Computational Science and Engineering. You will identify emerging topics, acquire content, and shape the portfolio's direction in collaboration with authors and internal teams. You’ll engage with researchers, travel to conferences, and coordinate production while aiming to meet annual publishing targets. This is an opportunity to influence scholarly publishing in a growing technical field within a global leader.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Portfolio development: identify trends in CSE and mathematics to grow the portfolio
* Content acquisition: solicit, evaluate, and develop book proposals including managing peer review
* Stakeholder engagement: build and maintain relationships with authors, researchers, and academic partners
* Editorial collaboration: work with internal teams and external contributors to develop the portfolio
* Contract management: negotiate publishing agreements with authors
* Author support: guide authors through manuscript preparation and development
