Junior Consultant ESG
Contribute to strengthening trust in markets by becoming a strategic partner for our clients on sustainability/ESG topics. Tackle unique, complex, and highly relevant professional challenges aimed at supporting companies in integrating ESG elements into their business models and throughout the value chain, using innovative and practical approaches to contribute to a more sustainable economy.
Within the ESG group, supported by more experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for:
* Contributing to the definition and implementation of sustainability strategies, plans, and objectives (e.g., SBTi);
* Supporting the design and execution of stakeholder engagement activities both internal and external;
* Designing and developing processes for non-financial reporting related to climate change (e.g., Non-Financial Disclosures, Sustainability Reports, TCFD reporting);
* Performing limited assurance engagements on non-financial information according to ISAE3000/ISAE 3410 standards;
* Supporting the implementation of systems for the reliable production of non-financial data;
* Assisting with ESG assessments and ratings (e.g., S&P CSA, CDP Climate Change, UN PRI, GRESB, EcoVadis);
* Supporting the definition of ESG integration plans along the supply chain;
* ESG IPO readiness and due diligence;
* Designing sustainable investment processes and strategies in line with SFDR regulations and preparing related disclosures (e.g., Articles 8 and 9, PAI indicators);
* Participating in international initiatives in Sustainable Finance (NZBA, PRI, PRB, etc.) and supporting related activities;
* Designing ESG financing products (Green & Social Loans, Green Mortgages, etc.), integrating ESG factors and risks into credit processes, and defining sustainable financing product catalogs;
* Structuring and issuing sustainable bonds (Green & Social Bonds, Sustainability-Linked Bonds);
* Calculating carbon inventories and baseline emissions to set targets aligned with science-based pathways for achieving the Paris Agreement goals;
* Conducting research and analysis on climate change and energy transition issues, covering technical, regulatory, economic, and financial aspects.

* You have excellent proficiency in Office Suite (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint).
