PThe Group Operations Quality Manager is responsible for the overall implementation of policies aimed at operational excellence across all Data4 data centers. Implementation of DATA4 Group’s Quality Policy : /pulliAnalyze strategic challenges and ensure implementation across all Group data centers /liliEnsure quality and compliance documentation in each country is aligned with these challenges /liliCoordinate human, financial, and technical resources to meet data center quality and compliance objectives /liliPropose continuous improvement, preventive, and corrective action plans /li /ulp2. Quality and Performance Management of Maintenance Services : /pulliDeploy and manage performance / quality KPIs for maintenance contracts with local Quality Managers /liliOrganize regular performance reviews with the Global Operations team /liliPeriodically review Facility Management models (staffing, subcontracting levels, etc.) and propose adjustments /liliConduct occasional internal audits to assess operational maturity on-site /liliProvide support during client audits when required /liliContribute to lessons-learned analyses following major incidents /li /ulp3. Obsolescence Management and Long-Term Investment Strategy : /pulliConsolidate and analyze annual investment proposals with Operations and Finance teams /liliReport globally on long-term investments in line with approved timelines and budgets /liliMaintain updated equipment replacement histories in the Group’s Asset Management system /liliDevelop multi-year replacement forecasts for critical equipment based on expected lifespan and risk analysis /li /ulpb4.
