You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retail section of the Pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and that United Chemists Roma continues to thrive. /ppResponsibilities: /pulliManage the Retail section of the Pharmacy, including training staff, scheduling and overseeing daily operations; /liliEnsure customer's needs are met in a timely and efficient manner; /liliManage inventory and ensure that products are well stocked and appropriately priced; /liliDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability /liliCollaborate with Pharmacist Manager to provide a seamless and integrated experience for customers; /liliMaintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff. /li /ulpstrongAbout You /strong /ppIf you have the drive and enthusiasm for achieving budget results through exceptional people management and leadership, as well as experience working in a dynamic retail environment, then this is the role for you. /ppThe ideal candidate will have: /pulliPrevious Retail management experience (essential), preferably in a Pharmacy or healthcare setting; /liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; /liliSound knowledge of POS WORKS, stock control, cash handling, security and store presentation; /liliA clear understanding of staff rostering requirements and store budgets; /liliBuilding relationships with suppliers; /liliProvide your team with support and guidance, being involved in mentoring and development opportunities in the pursuit of continuous improvement. /li /ulpThe hours for this role are 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
