Role Overview The Team Lead Store Facility I is part of the (country) Real Estate department, reporting to the (Country) Construction Manager and dotted line to the Group Store Facility Manager. The main focus is on determining and implementing repair, maintenance, energy, and waste strategies to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Responsibilities Strategic Management Determine and implement local repair, maintenance, energy, and waste strategies aligned with the overall company strategy. Define annual budgets and ensure targets are met. Operational Management Select and manage service providers through clear Service Level Agreements. Monitor and improve maintenance service performance. Coordinate work quality and quantity from internal and external teams. Visit stores as needed to assess maintenance status. Draft reports on quality, costs, and execution timelines. Support store facility coordinators with tickets and issues. People Management Lead a team of approximately 2-4 people, providing clear instructions and planning. Provide feedback for performance and development. Reporting Prepare periodic reports for relevant managers. Analyze data and challenge external suppliers for service improvements. Compliance and Expertise Ensure mandatory services comply with laws and lease agreements. Requirements Hard Skills Technical Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience (preferably Engineering, Architecture, or GDO/Retail background). Proficiency in the local language and English, both verbal and written.
