The experiences that will shape your HR journey
* Support the HR team in the main parts of the hiring process
* Help manage communications with candidates and coordinate follow-ups
* Support in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth welcome for new joiners
* Collaborate on organizing team-building initiatives and company events
* Help in the preparation and coordination of training sessions and internal workshops
* Provide general administrative support and contribute to ongoing HR projects
You'll be a good fit if you
* Are pursuing or have completed a degree in HR or related Humanities fields (a Master in HR Management is a plus)
* Are fluent in Italian and have a good command of English (both written and spoken)
* Have excellent organizational and communication skills
* Are confident with digital tools and social media (LinkedIn knowledge is a plus)
* Are proactive, curious, and eager to learn
