In this role you lead end-to-end plant production operations at our Bagno a Ripoli site, ensuring efficient manufacturing, quality adherence, and sustainable growth. You will align operations with business objectives, partner with industrialization, Quality, and other departments, and drive continuous improvement. You help shape production strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and uphold high standards. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position in a fashion manufacturing environment.

• Develop and execute plant operations strategies aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with industrialization to anticipate and resolve pre-production issues
• Coordinate with Quality to define technical specs and ensure quality compliance
• Lead internal production department ensuring performance and standards
• Oversee production, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering to optimize efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement with lean manufacturing and process innovation
• Build and lead high-performing teams through coaching and performance management
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

• Master's Degree in Engineering or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role in the fashion industry
• Strong knowledge of bags production, industrialization, and production processes
• Strategic vision and long-term planning skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and continuous improvement techniques
• Problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
• Strong leadership, communication, and management capabilities
