Governance, coordination, and continuous improvement of SAP services and projects across the organization. Oversee AMS and project management, delivering SAP initiatives within scope, time, and budget. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, external providers, and cross-functional teams to guarantee stable operations while driving innovation. Coordinate and manage internal and external teams, fostering collaboration, mentoring team members, and maximizing performance while mitigating risks. Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs, manage client requests efficiently, handle escalations, and implement preventive and corrective actions. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) Required: Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). Required: Familiarity with ITIL best practices for Service Management. Required: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, monday.com, Wrike, Microsoft Project). Preferred: Experience in multinational environments or complex organizational structures. Preferred: Exposure to digital transformation projects or process automation initiatives.
