Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead recruitment across Inspired schools in Italy from requisition to offer, partnering with Heads of Schools and HR to align hiring with growth plans. Based in Milan, you will manage pipelines, assessments, and reference checks while ensuring adherence to global recruitment policies and tools. You will generate leadership-facing reports and collaborate with agencies to broaden candidate reach. This position supports rapid expansion and cross-site collaboration within a mission-driven global education group.

* Lead end-to-end recruitment across Italy-based Inspired schools, from requisition to offer
* Collaborate with school leaders and HR on talent needs and hiring strategies
* Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, assessments, and reference checks with speed and accuracy
* Ensure alignment with global Inspired recruitment policies and tools (including SuccessFactors)
* Produce recruitment reports and updates for senior leadership
* Coordinate with external agencies to extend candidate reach
* Advise local HR on best practices in talent acquisition
* Contribute to regional and global talent planning initiatives
Responsabilità
* 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in an international company
* Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
* Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders
* Hands-on sourcing, interviewing, and offers negotiation experience
* Familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail under pressure
* Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication and presentation skills
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to navigate fast-moving environments
* Willingness to travel within Italy
