Oversees the daily management of the function and drives improvement activities through the development of people and processes. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liImprovement Activities: Utilize TPM tools to build problem solving methodologies to implement continual process improvements. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and tenacity to resolve problems. /li liTeam Management: Lead a team of technicians consistent with the core beliefs and guiding principles of McCormick's High-Performance System. Use coaching and facilitation skills to manage employee relations. Provide regular performance feedback and oversee development/training plans for individuals. /li liManage Key Result Areas (Safety, Quality, Cost, Reliability, Customer Service, etc.): Direct and support the daily management of the team to prioritize work and achieve goals. Create an atmosphere of 100% compliance to operational processes and procedures. /li liCommunication: Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Create a vision for the team that aligns with the Plant and McCormick. Communicate organizational and plant objectives. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liRelevant technical experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry /li liStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance (P.M.) practices /li liFull supervisory responsibility for a team, ensuring motivation and professional development through effective leadership /li liDemonstrated ability to manage projects, including successful completion of complex projects /li liProven experience in facility management (including HVAC systems) and energy management /li liSolid understanding of how maintenance integrates with other operational areas /li liAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key internal stakeholders /li liClose collaboration with Engineering and Area Supervisors /li liKnowledge of ATEX regulations and management of explosive-risk areas is a strong advantage /li /ul h3Company /h3 pAt McCormick, we bring our passion for flavor to work each day.
