Ph3Role Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Project Contract Administrator to join our Business Unit Transmission, which provides state‑of‑the‑art solutions for High Voltage Underground and Submarine cable links in some of the world’s most challenging environments. /p h3Key Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging the contracts lifecycle during project execution and warranty phases, including review and drafting of amendments, contractual documents, and renewal of contracts. /li liProviding guidance and interpretation of contractual clauses and requirements. /li liSupporting and championing the change management process, including drafting and reviewing change orders, claims, back charges and penalties, and defending incoming claims against customers, subcontractors and key vendors. /li liSafeguarding contractual obligations, tracking and timely issuance of notifications, monitoring milestones in cooperation with the project team. /li liFocal point for raising awareness on contract provisions, preparing initial contract reviews, organising contract induction meetings, issuing reports, interpretations and assessments. /li liCooperating and liaising with corporate functions (finance, legal, compliance, IP) on specific matters and potential disputes. /li liMonitoring, drafting and reviewing all contractual correspondence between Prysmian, its customers, joint venture and consortium partners, subcontractors and vendors. /li liVerifying that all insurances and guarantees required by contracts and subcontracts are in place and maintained, in conjunction with dedicated departments. /li liAssisting the purchasing department in negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors, implementing back‑to‑back subcontracts. /li liContributing to project close‑out activities with clients, partners, subcontractors and major vendors, ensuring all necessary certificates are issued and received (e.g., milestone completion certificates, handover certificates, acceptance certificates). /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liLaw degree. /li liFluency in English and German. /li liKnowledge of EPC contracts. /li liKnowledge of the cable or energy industry preferred. /li liMinimum two years PQE as a Contract Manager or Portfolio Contract Manager. /li liBackground in creating and negotiating international subcontracts with back‑to‑back implementation. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liHybrid working model – 8 days a month. /li liFlexible working hours. /li liTicket restaurants – €9 a day. /li liHealth insurance. /li liCompany support on public transportation. /li liAnnual bonus and share‑based plans. /li liCollaborative environment. /li liDynamic and respectful workplace. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pPrysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
