TextYess builds AI agents for eCommerce. For thousands of years, commerce was human. Merchants knew their customers, understood their needs, andbuilt trust through real conversations. Then came the internet, and we traded humanity for scale. Shopping became efficient but soulless: endless product grids, generic descriptions, no one to guide you.TextYess is here to restore what was lost. We build AI agents that bring back the personal, conversational shopping experience, but at infinite scale. Through WhatsApp and messaging apps, we help brands sell through tailored, real-time conversations that feel natural, helpful, and human. We\'re not just automating commerce. We\'re making it human again. We work with top brands like Ducati, Pittarosso, Piazza Italia, Doppelgänger, we recently closed a €2.4M seed round, and we\'re just getting started. The role:This is a Founding Product Designer role with real ownership. You won't be handed tickets or polished specs. You'll work directly with the Head of Product and be involved in every important product decision while you help define what the product becomes. We'll take messy product problems and turn them into clear decisions, UX flows, and things engineers can ship.We expect you to use AI to move fast and which tools you use is up to you. What matters is speed, judgment and taste, and knowing when something is ready to go live. You'll define our visual identity and how the product experience reflects it end-to-end. You will build the first real design system, and decide what "good enough" means as we ship and iterate. If you enjoy autonomy, responsibility, and seeing your work go live fast, this will likely be the most exciting phase of your career. What you\'ll work on:Core product flows, end to end: You'll redesign and own the most important parts of the product: from onboarding, to AI agent settings, to campaigns, to automations. You'll decide what works, what doesn't, and what needs to change.Turning customer problems into shipped solutions: You'll take unclear inputs and turn them into concrete UX decisions, flows, and interfaces that engineers can ship without back-and-forth.Fast prototyping and iteration with AI: You'll use AI tools to prototype quickly, then refine, fix edge cases, and improve clarity before things go live.Design system and product consistency: You'll build and maintain the first real design system: components, layout rules, typography, states. You'll keep the product coherent across WhatsApp, web, and future channels.Visual design when needed: You'll occasionally design visual assets for marketing (landing pages, visuals, decks) and make sure product and brand feel aligned. How you\'ll work:You'll work in a small, hyped team with very little process and a lot of trust. You'll be given lots of responsibility and autonomy from the get go.You're expected to notice what's broken and fix it, not wait for permission.Every week you'll make real calls on speed vs quality vs scope and own the outcome. What we\'re looking for:1-3 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in VC-backed startups (fast-growth environments)Strong product and UX judgmentComfortable working with uncertainty and making decisionsAble to move fast without being sloppyCurious about using AI tools to speed up design workGood taste and attention to detailWilling to own outcomes, not just tasksWhat we expect:You understand the product and where it\u2019s confusing or slow while pointing out clear improvements.First weeks:You ship real UX improvements and own the redesign at least one core flow. You understand our customers and their problems and start proposing solutions.First months:Core flows are better and simpler.A real design system exists and is in use.You work independently and drive improvements end-to-end.You own the direction of the product experience. You set the quality bar for design. You grow into Head of Design as the company scales. What we offer:Salary: The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €40K to €50K.Stock Options: You\'ll receive a highly incentivizing stock options package so that if TextYess becomes a giant company, you can enjoy substantial rewards. We want to make TextYess feel like yours too.Infinite growth and responsibility: We are still at the beginning of our journey, and the challenges we will face in the coming years are numerous and highly demanding. Your work will be crucial to the success or failure of TextYess. If all of this sounds like the place where you want to be, shoot an email at riccardo@textyess.com, we'd love to chat!#J-18808-Ljbffr
