Project Support: Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities.OneSystem Roadmap: Assist in the rollout phases, ensuring the project is smoothly integrated into the existing Bolton Food environment.Documentation & Creativity: Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated.Process Learning: Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes.Data & Change Management: Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient.International Experience: Support project activities directly on-site through international travel to project locations (e.g., Spain and Morocco).

Graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or IT ManagementStrong interest in Project Management and how technology drives organizational changeYou are excited about the opportunity to travel abroad and work in an international environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsNative Italian and professional English are required (Spanish is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting
