* Experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business and proven ability to work and lead a team under pressure
* Previous experience in leading a team of leaders
* Ability to build trustful relationships and to engaging and motivating
* Ability to deliver strong business results through people
* Planning and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities and deadlines
* Ability to identify new business opportunities
* Self-reliant and self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
* Capable of communicating in English and Italian both in writing and verbally
* Good Knowledge of Food Retail business solutions
* Deep knowledge of local Food legislations and HACCP and IKEA compliance standards and IKEA Food Safety Standards
* Knowledge of Sustainability in food is a nice to have
* Ideally a good knowledge of National business direction, consumer and market conditions, customer buying behaviors, food trends
* Capable of communicating in English and Italian both in writing and verbally
