Responsibilities
* Design and contribute to a phased digital adoption and digital dexterity programme with clear roadmaps, KPIs, and milestones aligned to agile delivery.
* Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials, enablement sessions, resource hubs, and self-service content for Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools.
* Drive user adoption through regular engagement, community facilitation, briefings, demos, and hands-on support for rollouts, feature releases, and AI-enabled tools.
* Monitor adoption through analytics and reporting, capturing user feedback, usage trends, and change impacts to inform continuous improvement.
Skills / Experience Required
* 10+ years work experience with a minimum 5 years’ experience in digital adoption, change management, user enablement, or digital workplace consulting within large organisations.
* Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Viva, Copilot, etc.) and delivering M365 training.
* Proven ability to design engaging learning content, translate technical concepts into user-friendly language, and support hybrid/remote workforces.
* Experience with adoption analytics, user research, service design, and stakeholder engagement, including senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication in English, facilitation, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
