You know what do not hesitate to directly speak with them as if they would setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these are your most important tasks : /pulliTake ownership of dispatched customer issues. /liliSupport resources dispatched onsite by RFM during commissioning and on site services. /liliSupport the RFM / PjM during commissioning and site acceptance services. /liliDeliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers. /liliPerform all on site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities. /liliFollow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied. /liliFollow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations. /liliEnsure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements /liliSupport Europe Service Management by feeding back frequent and analytical service reports with each job and make suggestions for corrective activities /liliSupport resources dispatched onsite (FSE and SP) by RFM during commissioning and on site services /liliParticipate in the claim management and RMA process /liliTaking care of service tools by ensuring an appropriate calibration process /liliTake over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends and nights. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3pAll right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you /ppbhave in order to feel comfortable with this role? /b /ppKeep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, ideally has, do not hesitate to “directly speak” with them as if that`s why it is essential for you to have : /pulliEducation as Electrical technician or Engineer. /liliItalian English language skills at least on B2 /liliExperience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial. /liliExperience dealing with customers in critical situations. /liliDriving license is extremely important for the job /liliHS training to access to construction site with electrical specific training /liliWilling to work on call duty AND to travel (60%). /li /ulh3Why us? /h3pThe true topic for this decade lies in energy!
