To support our continued growth and expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a proactive and organised Service and Spare Parts Manager to strengthen our service parts operations and enhance customer support performance.
Lead daily service department operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and technician development
Manage work orders, oversee the ordering of necessary spare parts, and ensure all required information is provided for work order closure and invoicing in accordance with company policies
Develop and execute plans to achieve departmental goals in terms of accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing materials and parts in internal systems
Support sales teams by ensuring timely availability of spare parts for customers
Manage and monitor returns, warranty parts, and defective components in accordance with company procedures
Previous experience in service operations, spare parts management, or heavy equipment industry
Strong xivgfpx understanding of service workflow, spare parts processes, and warehouse processes
Good Italian and English communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel within Italian territory
