The main focus of this role includes:
calling (out-bound) prospective customers;
listening to potential customers' needs and addressing concerns;
developing tailor made solutions for each client, leveraging LuxuryEstate's unique product set;
regular follow-up with customers;
respond to customers' queries in a timely manner.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
highly motivated and goal oriented sales professionals with a proven track record of success (hitting targets and KPIs in a consistent manner);
fluent in Spanish (minimum C1 of the CEFR);
enthusiastic, ambitious, and experienced in connecting easily with people;
1 xivgfpx or more years of experience with outbound sales;
experienced in selling products/services to real estate agents is a major plus.
