Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers of a global logistics provider
* Assist with tracking inquiries, delivery updates, and service-related questions
* Handle communication via phone, email and chat
* Follow operational guidelines and performance standards
Candidate Profile
* Native/Fluent Italian + good level of English
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused and reliable
* EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit
* Ability to start on 16 December 2025
