Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Salary
$41,928.12 - $50,418.82 annually
Responsibilities

- Provide assistance with day‑to‑day living activities including personal care, meal set‑up, lifestyle assistance, and light housekeeping duties.
- Encourage and assist clients in engaging in exercise, leisure, and social activities to promote physical and mental well‑being while fostering independence.
- Work with the team to develop care plans, conduct continual client assessment, communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and families, and deliver client‑focused care within scope of practice.
Qualifications

- Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized and accredited school.
- Two to three years’ experience working with people experiencing homelessness or precariously housed in a community/home setting (preferred).
