The role involves supporting the Sales team, working closely with the Sales Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing.

Our team is composed of talented young professionals with an average age of around 30, results-oriented and driven by success. The internship aims for a subsequent hiring opportunity. If you are passionate, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about your work, you are in the right place.

Foorban is the partner of choice for innovative companies focusing on food and wellbeing. Founded in 2016, we pioneered a new model in Italy's catering landscape, managing the entire process from production to delivery for office lunch solutions. In 2017, we revolutionized corporate dining by introducing smart fridge solutions, and in 2021, we launched Italy's first smart fridge model, providing healthy, affordable, and safe lunch options to thousands of workers. We are market leaders with over 500 smart fridges installed across 23 provinces in Italy, supported by a dedicated team of over 100 professionals.

We care about every detail to ensure unique taste experiences, using eco-friendly packaging and minimizing waste through data-driven forecasts, donating leftover meals via partnerships with Banco Alimentare and Too Good To Go.

Responsibilities :

* Handle customer inquiries, identifying their needs
* Develop new commercial opportunities through provided channels
* Become an ambassador for the company
* Build a customer network to expand market presence
* Ensure quality, service, and customer support through collaboration with other departments

Requirements :

* Degree in Scientific, Economic, or Humanistic fields
* Proactive, autonomous, and resourceful
* Team-oriented mindset
* Good knowledge of Google Suite

Preferred :

* Knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot)

* Work location : Via Magenta, 77 - Rho (MI)
* Company laptop and phone provided
