AdOps & In-Store Operations Campaign Manager F/MLocation: Milan (Via San Marco, 21) | Permanent Contract | Start ASAP

MissionWithin a dynamic team, you will play a key role in creating, executing, and delivering advertising campaigns within the ad server.
You will be the main point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, working with internal and external stakeholders, and also oversee the strategic development and operational coordination of the In-Store Network.
ResponsibilitiesAd Operations & Analysis
Pre-Campaign Analysis & Setup: Support the internal sales team through technical feasibility checks, inventory availability, and optimal campaign strategy; ensure rigorous ad server setup.
Pacing & Optimization: Assist the sales team with campaign execution, pacing, and basic optimization to meet performance targets.
Reporting & Post-Campaign Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports, conduct post-campaign analysis, and deliver actionable insights.
Best Practices: Collaborate with the Ad Operations team to standardize and optimize processes.
In-Store Operations & CoordinationOperational Support & Coordination: Manage and develop the national network, including rollout, expansion, and partner retention.
Sales & Offer Development Support: Define and develop commercial offers and participate in sales budgeting and forecasting for the in-store network.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Directly manage relationships with clients and stakeholders during onboarding and activation, coordinating vendors for quality, timeliness, and cost control.
QualificationsMinimum 6 months experience in digital advertising and campaign management.
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Proven analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn about ad-tech systems, publisher environments, and in-store operational dynamics.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
