Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for a proactive, organized, and multitasking Demand Planner. The Demand Planner will serve as the key link to the sales and commercial teams, leading monthly dialogues for respective customers and products. The role also involves collaborating with Operations partners to meet service level goals for the Commercial Organization. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Review and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons as part of the demand planning function. Reconcile significant variances during sales and marketing assumptions discussions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate and current information for alignment meetings and reviews, focusing on understanding demand drivers. Utilize and maintain demand planning tools such as Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, and SAP. Work with Initiatives and Marketing teams to forecast promotional and new product launches. Coordinate in S&OP meetings. Monitor and evaluate KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending actions to improve performance. Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses. Requirements: Master’s Degree required. Three to four years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills. Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP is advantageous. Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in analysis with an understanding of financial and operational impacts. Ability to handle high volumes of data, manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Trustworthy with confidential information and professional in attitude.
