Job Description IMPIEGATO/A ADDETTO/A ALLE BOLLETTAZIONE Company Description Synergie Italia Spa, branch in VIMERCATE, is seeking and selecting for an important logistics company: Position The selected candidate will be responsible for: Receiving documentation from drivers and verifying the completeness and accuracy of the information. Interfacing with operational departments to manage and resolve issues related to transportation documentation. Processing and recording transportation invoices, ensuring compliance with company and fiscal regulations. Managing administrative activities related to billing and updating company information systems. Communicating with clients and suppliers to manage and resolve discrepancies in invoices and transportation documents. Requirements Applicants should have: Preferably a diploma. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage documents and information. Additional Information We offer: Direct contract with the company for an initial 6-month fixed-term period. Gross annual salary between €25,000 and €26,000. Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule covering from approximately 6:30/7:30 to 20:00, including one Saturday per month (half-day).
