For an important group operating in the restaurant sector, we are looking for a:
1. Responsible for service quality and customer satisfaction;
2. Manage processes related to opening and closing the venue (shifts and work organization, display/restaurant line preparation, cash registers, etc.);
3. Support operational tasks at all workstations;
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at the workplace and food hygiene regulations;
5. Manage and train staff in various operational activities;
6. Collaborate actively with the venue manager to correctly implement commercial initiatives;
7. Prepare monthly and quarterly inventories to monitor and control costs;
8. Manage weekly orders;
9. Handle activities related to accounting, including cash verification and system entry of payment slips;
10. Plan shifts and staff vacations.
Who are we looking for?
1. At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant sector and 2 years in team management;
2. Flexibility in working hours and availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays;
3. High school diploma;
4. Results-oriented attitude;
5. Knowledge of a foreign language (preferable);
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
7. Full-time permanent contract;
