This may include hiring and planning a single or a team of site supervisors, evaluating and analyzing their performance, planning and managing contracts with clients, and delivering reporting to the clients. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ol liActivity Coordination: ol liAssist in coordinating activities and resources for the delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites. /li liCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. /li liMaintain regular interfaces with all parties to plan proactively and implement, if necessary, improvement measures. /li /ol /li liPersonnel Management Assistance: ol liSupport in managing personnel across multiple sites, including task allocation and supervision. /li liSupervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by Site Supervisors and collect and file the required Records. /li /ol /li liQuality Assurance Support: ol liAssist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site supervision activities. /li liEnsure by checking, verification, inspection or audit, as appropriate to the activity, that the specified level of system and product conformance is achieved. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ol /li liCost Optimization Assistance: ol liContribute to strategies for cost optimization while maintaining service quality. /li liAssist in monitoring and controlling expenses related to site operations. /li /ol /li liInvoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support: ol liSupport in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for site supervision services. /li liAssist in compliance with billing and invoicing procedures. /li /ol /li liResource Allocation Assistance: ol liAssist in the allocation and management of resources for site supervision activities. /li liProvide support and guidance to team members. /li /ol /li liPerformance Evaluation Support: ol liParticipate in performance evaluations of personnel and teams. /li liContribute to the implementation of improvement plans. /li /ol /li liScheduling and Milestone Assistance: ol liSupport in developing and managing schedules for site supervision activities. /li liAssist in adjusting schedules to ensure timely completion. /li /ol /li liContract Management Support: ol liAssist in managing contracts for site supervision services. /li liContribute to profitability and customer satisfaction initiatives. /li /ol /li liCustomer Satisfaction Focus: ol liSupport efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels. /li liAddress customer concerns and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery. /li /ol /li liData Management Support: ol liAssist in ensuring accurate and timely data entry into legacy systems. /li liFollow agreed systems and procedures for data management. /li /ol /li liRisk Awareness: ol liLearn to identify and report potential risks associated with site operations. /li liContribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies. /li /ol /li liRegulatory Compliance Assistance: ol liPlan, establish and maintain a Project program to verify compliance with specified policies, objectives and requirements. /li liSupport efforts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SA8000. /li liStay informed about relevant regulatory requirements. /li liPerform tasks in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System. /li liSupport and participate in the organization’s environmental and safety program. /li /ol /li /ol h3Education /h3 pMaster's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluency in English and Italian languages /li liBasic knowledge of Project Management activities /li liBasic knowledge of contract management, including negotiation and administration /li liBasic knowledge of budget management and cost control within the construction or related industry /li liBasic knowledge of advancing construction projects through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liADDRESS THE WAY -
