The person will act as key interface between Supply Chain and Commercial teams, ensuring demand plans are translated into executable supply strategies that maximize product availability while protecting patients. You will Support product-level decision-making, ensuring trade-offs prioritize patient impact while optimizing financial outcomes.Scope & Organizational ImpactGlobal responsibility across multiple rare disease brands for E2E planning post Demand consolidationStrong interface with Global and Regional Brand teams to support sustainable revenue deliveryDirect contribution to patient continuity, product availability, and revenue protectionOperates in a zero-tolerance environment for stock-outs impacting patientsYou will be responsible forDevelop and maintain global supply plans aligned to commercial forecasts while safeguarding patient supplyTranslate demand signals into supply plans that ensure uninterrupted patient access and support revenue realizationPartner closely with Brand Managers to align on demand assumptions, launch readiness, and growth scenariosIdentify and proactively manage risks to patient supply and revenue (stock-outs, constraints, delays)Coordinate with Supply Execution, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure plan feasibility and robustnessSupport scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs, prioritizing patient impact first, then financial outcomesMonitor KPIs including service level, inventory, and revenue-at-riskSupport IBP / S&OP processes with clear articulation of patient and financial implicationsYou will alsoCollaborate with Demand Managers and Affiliates to ensure alignment between patient needs and market demandSupport translation of global supply plans into reliable local executionCommunicate supply risks with clear visibility of patient and revenue impactAct as key partner to commercial teams in prioritization decisions under constraintsYou will need to haveDegree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related fieldAt least 6 months of experience in supply chainStrong business and patient-centric mindsetAbility to balance patient needs with commercial and financial objectivesAnalytical and structured problem-solving approachWe would prefer for you to haveExperience working in complex environmentsExperience in planning processes (IBP / S&OP)Exposure to global supply chains and CMO environmentsExperience working with Commercial / Brand teams is strongly preferredFamiliarity with planning tools such as SAP IBP, OMP, KinaxisLocationParma, with remote working availableWhat we offerNo matter where your path starts at Chiesi, it leads to inspiring possibilities.
