Stanowisko : Procurement Excellence and Sustainability Lead
Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)
The Procurement Sustainability Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Smart Buildings Division’s sustainability strategy within the Procurement function. This position focuses on implementing sustainable procurement initiatives, analyzing sustainability data, and promoting a sustainable mindset both internally and with suppliers. The role involves collaborating with the procurement function at both Division and local levels, engaging with external stakeholders—including suppliers and sustainability tools/platform providers—to support the exploration and execution of sustainability projects. By leading by example, this role will foster a sustainable mindset throughout the organization and the supply chain.

This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Buildings Procurement Function globally.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
* Sustainability Procurement Initiatives: Support the design, development, and implementation of sustainability-focused procurement initiatives at both Division and local levels.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report sustainability and CO2 emissions data from suppliers, utilizing existing tools and platforms.
Collaboration Across Functions: Work with internal teams to ensure the execution of sustainability priorities and initiatives.
Sustainability Promotion: Encourage and promote a sustainable mindset across the organization and with suppliers.
Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sustainability reports, tracking key metrics and progress.
Sustainability Events: Assist in organizing and facilitating sustainability-related events, meetings, and webinars with suppliers.
Regulatory Compliance: Represent Procurement in working groups focused on the implementation of new sustainability regulations.
Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* A strong passion for sustainability, with a keen interest in integrating sustainability practices into procurement and supply chain processes.
* Proven experience or internships in procurement, sustainability, or supply chain management, preferably in the building automation or related industry.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
