As a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant's responsibility is to contribute to brand sales growth, represent brand values, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Job ResponsibilitiesSales
Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging clients through product details and stories.
Know daily objectives and key performance indicators (KPI).
Identify customer expectations and advise on product and add‐on sales.
Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile.
Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling.
Management of the Relationship with Clients
Ensure a welcoming client‐focused environment, offering best‐in‐class service in person, over the phone, and electronically.
Develop local and international client base with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.
Problem‐solve with management to resolve client issues for benefit of business and client.
Back‐Office Support
Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update stock after sales when necessary.
Elaborate and supervise product feedback.
Prepare delivery and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.
Requirements
Preferred 2–3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
Knowledge of product and selling techniques.
University education or fashion school degree.
English (C1‐C2) mandatory; other languages a plus.
Proficiency with Office 360 and basic digital software.
