Essential Job Functions:
* Participate in software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of more experienced team members.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
* Contribute to the documentation of software requirements and specifications.
* Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance from senior team members.
* Support the implementation of emerging technologies and best practices.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
* Actively learn from and assist more experienced team members.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
* Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
* Basic understanding of coding and debugging
* Willingness to learn and grow in the field
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Other Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
* Relevant certifications or training a plus
