Experteer Overview In this role you support the Global Head of Investigations by leading global compliance investigations, ensuring legal and policy adherence. You will manage end-to-end case workflows, coordinate with Legal, HR and Internal Audit, and mentor junior investigators. You'll apply cross-cultural judgment to uphold integrity and foster a speak‐up culture, while driving process improvements. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead global investigations and manage the end-to-end wing-to-wing process (intake, strategy, interviews, evidence review, reporting)
Draft detailed investigative reports and maintain confidential case management records
Update case management tools and ensure file accuracy and timely registry updates
Present findings to management and relevant stakeholders as needed
Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other functions to develop corrective action plans
Support process and data improvements, including template/tool enhancements
Lead and support training and awareness campaigns to promote a speak‐up culture
Monitor regulatory and legal requirements related to whistleblowing and investigations
Mentor junior investigators and contribute to team development
Responsabilità 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit or related roles with prior investigation experience
Strong analytical, problem‐solving and critical thinking skills with business and financial acumen
Organized, reliable, discreet with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to influence and operate within a cross‐cultural context
Team player with cultural awareness and curiosity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with case management tools is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
