Customer Administration Specialist (Customer Care)

The role involves working in customer service, specifically dealing with customer contacts, managing orders (including entry, parts check, and purchase conditions), monitoring customer backlog, and managing shipments with instructions sent to the production department.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree
* Brief experience in a similar role
* Good knowledge of English
* French language skills are a plus
Offer: Initial temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
Work locations: Monte San Pietro or Modena.
Salary: €22,000 - €26,000 gross per year
