| Your challenges
As a Firmware Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of embedded firmware for complex industrial systems. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to create innovative solutions, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability and functionality of embedded software components.
| Purpose of the role
* Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for industrial applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver robust solutions
* Set priorities and communicate technical risks and issues related to firmware development
* Analyze performance and reliability, and produce technical documentation for embedded software
| What do we expect from you?
* Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with strong skills in firmware development
* At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in embedded systems development environments
* Previous experience in biomedical, avionics or automotive sector is a plus
* Self-motivated and capable of working alone and within teams
* Good written and oral communication skills to allow effective communication with peers, managers and customers
* Good command of Italian and English language
