PpJoin to apply for the bAccessories Supply Chain Manager /b role at bLouis Vuitton /b /p h3About The Job /h3 pWithin the Accessories Industrial Division in Milan, Italy, the Supply Chain Manager, reporting directly to the Accessories Industrial Director, leads, animates and develops a team of Supply planners. /p pThis role acts as a partner to accompany business growth and challenges, orchestrating the impeccable execution of all industrial activities linked to the Supply Chain for different categories of products: Textile, Gifting, Eyewear and FA/FJ. /p pThe Accessories SC Manager plays a strategic role in the organizational structure, contributing to business evolution and to the implementation of new transversal projects, identifying best practices from other LV facilities worldwide and structuring processes, tools, and the team. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pThe Accessories SC Manager is responsible for logistics and production flows across various supply chain players, from suppliers to central logistics, ensuring the production plan is met and industrial capacities are optimized. /p pIn collaboration with the industrial category manager and Paris HQ, the objective is to satisfy customer needs through: /p ul liA long-term vision, in partnership with the industrial roadmap (purchasing strategy). /li liAgility for the short-term vision, utilizing a collaborative approach internally (industrialization team) and with our partners (Supply Chain, merchandising). /li /ul pCoordinate all the logistics and planning activities: /p ul liManagement of the SOP to support business ambitions. /li liManagement of the production plan (PDP): planning of production based on industrial constraints, management associated risks and opportunities, leads the monthly PDP meeting. /li liFinished product orders to suppliers and weekly monitoring of their production planning (completed vs. planned), implementing action plans/prioritization if necessary and alerting industrial teams if needed. Checking and optimizing real-time stock levels for raw materials, finished products and packaging, aligning the supply to the production plan. /li liAnimation of associated supplier performance KPIs (service rate, lead-time). /li /ul pIn collaboration with the industrial team, manages product assignments and double sourcing/supplier market shares, guarantees raw material storage and supervises the distribution of finished products. /p pSystematically pursues performance optimization while managing associated improvement projects, with the goals of: /p ul liLowering logistic costs and improving overall lead times, increasing productivity and ensuring greater reliability at all levels. /li liImproving reporting tools (Anaplan, supplier production delay rescheduling). /li liOptimizing the right balance between production and anticipation and avoiding overstock at each level of the manufacturing process. /li liCreating synergy between category process management (Eyewear, Textile, Fancy accessories). /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering or Economics, or extensive experience in industrial operations. /li li+8 years in fashion business or equivalent, specifically involving in supply chain facilities. /li liMastery of the logistics chain. /li /ul h3Leadership Competences /h3 ul liStrong people management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. /li liDemonstrates composure and performance consistency in dynamic and challenging work settings. /li liDriven by a commitment to client satisfaction and clear understanding of multiple business priorities. /li liStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptability, effectively managing change and overcoming challenges. /li liDriven by results and continuous improvement. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset influencing skills. /li liProficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
