<p><b> Job Description </b></p><p></p><p><b> Inside Sales Representative (DACH)</b></p><p></p><p><b> About KASK </b></p><p></p><p> Founded in 2004 by Angelo Gotti and based in the Bergamo area, KASK has introduced a significant evolution in the quality of safety products. </p><p> The company designs and develops premium products and accessories for cycling, skiing, horse riding and occupational safety, combining advanced technologies and Italian craftsmanship. </p><p></p><p><b> Role overview </b></p><p></p><p> The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role within the corporate sales team, driving revenue growth through direct sales activities and commercial coordination for the DACH Region. </p><p> This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing quotations, and advancing the sales process through to order confirmation. </p><p> The role also acts as a central point of coordination between corporate leadership, field sales, agents, and customers. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><p></p><ul><li> Develop sales opportunities through proactive outbound efforts, including outreach to existing distributors, former customers, and new prospects; </li><li> Generate and qualify leads through calls, email campaigns, and follow-up activities to maintain a strong pipeline; </li><li> Manage quotations, pricing proposals, and follow-ups to drive conversion; </li><li> Support targeted activations with key end users in alignment with corporate strategy; </li><li> Drive revenue through in-market locations of key accounts; </li><li> Coordinate sales activities with field sales teams and the agent network; </li><li> Act as a key internal point of contact across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing; </li><li> Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce.com CRM (accounts, opportunities, pipeline); </li><li> Track and report on sales activities and pipeline performance; </li><li> Support customers during the active sales cycle with product and commercial information; </li><li> Participate in selected sales meetings, customer visits, and trade shows. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Qualifications </b></p><p></p><ul><li> Fluent in German, English, and Italian; </li><li> Post-secondary education preferred (e.g., university, business school, or technical diploma), or equivalent professional experience; </li><li> At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles; </li><li> Experience in a B2B environment is a plus; </li><li> Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Key Skills </b></p><p></p><ul><li> Strong communication and relationship-building abilities; </li><li> Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities; </li><li> Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven; </li><li> Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset; </li><li> Quick learner of technical products and market dynamics. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What We Offer </b></p><p></p><ul><li> A dynamic and international work environment; </li><li> The opportunity to drive commercial development through projects that embody bold innovation, excellent safety, and iconic Italian design; </li><li> Base salary €28k - €32k + MBO up to €3k depending on skills and professional experience; </li><li> Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday; </li><li> Primary location: Carobbio degli Angeli, BG, Italy. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Equal Opportunities </b></p><p></p><p> This job opportunity is open to all genders, in accordance with Legislative Decree (D.
