Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Atoll Volunteers and Atoll Marine CentreGuest communication &, relations: manage daily communication via email, phone and in-personCoordinate our Family Volunteering and Teen volunteering programsHandle bookings and provide personalised advice on excursions, dining and attractionsCoordinate smooth domestic transfersSocial media and digital communication: develop and implement social media strategy, share engaging content showcasing guesthouse and managing interactionsBusiness Development &, partnerships - build relationships with organisations and travel agencies to expand reach Internal coordination - ensure smooth guest operations and maintain high service standardsHandle invoicing and guest information organisation Qualifications:Experience in guest relations or hospitality, preferably in the tourism sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in social media management and content creationPassion for ocean and ocean activities and comfortable living on remote island Fluency in English (written and verbal), additional languages are a plusValid DBS/ Police CertificatePreferred: First aid trainingPreferred: Bachelors degree in marketing, tourism or businessMinimum 6 month commitment, 1 year preferred ?We offer:Monthly stipend ($300 USD first 3 months, $400 thereafter), accommodation, meals and health insuranceVisa support and domestic transfersWeekly excursionDiscounted PADI dive coursesStart Date: April 20th
