Introducing an innovative payment process for the automotive industry and other sectors. You will be responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely and on-site) in the usage of our product. Your role includes identifying potential "stumbling blocks" during onboarding projects and eliminating them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other departments. Additionally, you will manage relationships with existing clients, helping to continuously improve our products and processes through close customer proximity. Your profile: You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven success in your own projects. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
