Castello di Vicarello is looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join the Team!
We are looking for a Guest Relations who is passionate about turning moments into memories for our guests and ensuring that they have an exceptional guest experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay;
- Ensures that the correct arrival, check-in procedures and escorting of all guests to rooms are applied;
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services;
- Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks;
- Address customer complaints and escalate to the Managers when needed;
- Record information in the logbook daily;
- Assure that health and quality standards are met;
- Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; up-sell whenever possible;
- Handle all keys, mail, messages and any other items for guest as requested;
- Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings;
- Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see;
- Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered;
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area;
- Check out guests courteously and accurately.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer;
- Familiarity with hospitality luxury industry hight standards;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Hands on experience with guest relationship management software;
- Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset;
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service;
- Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills;
- Ability to work flexible hours;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
**Other Required notes**:
- Well-groomed and polite person;
- Attentive and empathetic;
- Driving licence and Car-owner (must);
- Strong customer service background, specifically in the hospitality industry;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Ericsoft, PMS, and other computer literacy;
- Outgoing Personality.
**Working hours & benefits**:
- Tempo pieno;
- from now! with 8 months at the Castle (april - november) and remaining months partially remote, partially in Poggi del Sasso;
- Accommodation (10-minute drive away);
- Meals (lunch and dinner) during working days;
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Retribuzione: €1.600,00 - €1.800,00 al mese
