Project Finance Analyst
Position Summary
The Project Finance Analyst will join the Corporate Finance team, working closely with the CFO, Senior Management team and the shareholder. The position will be a key contributor in three main areas: Corporate Finance and M&A;, Reporting and Financial Control, Ad-hoc Finance Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Finance and M&A;: Support financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning for new acquisitions. Contribute to due diligence, investment analysis, and scenario modeling to optimize strategic decisions.
- Reporting and Financial Control: Month-end performance analysis, management reporting, and group consolidation activities. Prepare materials for board and shareholder reviews, ensuring accuracy, insight, and timeliness in all financial deliverables.
- Ad-hoc Finance Projects: Drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving financial processes, data reliability, and cash management. Contribute to digital finance programs and the adoption of AI tools that enhance forecasting, analysis, and decision-making across the Group.
Professional Experience / Qualifications
Required Experience / Skills
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with exposure to project finance, investment analysis, or reporting. Background in M&A;, transaction services, and/or experience within a Big Four advisory or audit firm is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities and comfort with financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and reporting.
- Strong digital acumen with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and financial analysis tools.
- Experience in multinational settings and managing multiple projects is a plus.
